Office Furniture Giveway

We have furniture we are looking to give away currently located in our Newark office at One Riverfront Plaza. We have two desks, a 9' credenza, a conference room table (144" x 46") with chairs and two filing cabinets. Human Resources Expert Witness

We are looking to engage a human resources expert to opine as to the adequacy of the company’s sexual harassment policies and the adequacy of the company’s reporting time/investigation/protective measures. We are looking for someone who is qualified to analyze another company’s policies, response time, and response to the substantiated claims. Ideally, we would prefer someone who has authored an expert report(s) previously, and has testified previously either through a deposition or at trial, or more ideally, at both depositions and trials.
